Tamara construction began in January 2008 after the ceremonial setting of the first foundation stone. This was followed by an official signing of a multiparty agreement. Lindsay France, Cornell photographer, documented the ceremony and the days that the AguaClara team spent in Tamara. Tamara construction photos show the progress in the early months of 2008. The structural design was by Ing. Wil Serrano.
