Plate Settler Spacing

Accomplishments
- Determined that shear stress at the plate surfaces, which causes flocs to break, is not the limiting factor for determining plate settler spacing.
- Began to sketch set-up for experiment.

- Collaborated with machinist to begin preparation of materials for experiment.
Issues
- Do not know exactly what the limiting factor for plate settler spacing is.
- Need to determine what spacing we will use for our experiment. Currently considering various spacings based on floc size and desired plate length.
