Faculty Search video conferencing set-up (Fall 2017)

The Chair's Office purchased a table-top, higher-end combination system with camera-on-a-stalk-and-base system, along with multiple pick-up microphones.

• System is stored with Chemistry IT, in 140 Baker. Specifically, it's in Chemistry IT's storage room, in a labelled box.

March 2018: Oliver spent time with the Tandberg C20 (Cisco) system, <av.emc2.cornell.edu>. Wondering if/ how to use it with Zoom. Not promising:

1) Is system capable? "The system must be running TC 5.0.2 or higher or CE software to support OBTP (One Button To Push)."). Not listed as supported, either Standard nor Enhanced:

2) If supported, one would need to run a Windows system to connect system to Zoom, "A Windows PC, Server, or Virtual Machine, for installing and running the Zoom API Connector software locally":

CU had a license for using the full Enterprise version of WebEx. You could record your session and have it posted, for example.
