Currently default for campus calls is not to provide CallerID info from campus phones. This can lead to phone calls not being picked up because they are not trusted.Dial 118 before the 9 when calling off-campus. (On-campus calls do get the CallerID info.)
9/8/17: Oliver wants the Chemistry department to consider changing this default at the departmental level.
