Campus phones default to not providing CallerID info for off-campus calls. This can lead to phone calls not being picked up because they are not trusted.

Tip

• Dial 118 before the 9 when calling off-campus. Then your CallerID info will be provided.
  
  • Works for local and long-distance calls. (On-campus calls already get the CallerID info.)
  • This is required call-by-call.

Idea
