Geometry
In this section, we will go in the DesignModeler to draw the rosette. We will then create surface elements from our drawing. These will later be imported into mechanical in the meshing step. We first need to define a new coordinate system, as shown in the video below.
We then sketch our strain gauges and create and create the surface elements.
