The diagrams below show
- Current data flow between Kronos, Colts and PeopleSoft.
- Draft,high-level data flow between Kronos, Workday and Colts (Colts is assumed to be decommissioned with Workday Deployment)
A sub-project specific to Kronos remediation should be commissioned to:
- Conduct discovery, design and creation of specifications to meet Cornell's requirements. It is assumed that there is not a 1:1 data element correlation moving from PeopleSoft to Workday. The gaps have not been identified.
- Development and testing of integrations and data processing (ie: paycheck production).
- Person imports
- Labor level imports
- Payroll extracts
- Accrual exports
- Others as identified in discovery
- Load testing of Kronos with the increase in use due to decommissioning of Colts.
