The three day workshop concluded with many action items and issues to address, more clarity on the remediation and integration impact of Workday, but few detailed estimates. Read all the notes concerning the outcome.
We're planning a three day workshop to determine the effort required for integrating Workday for October 5-7, 2011. This is pivotal moment in refining the cost estimates, tasks, dependencies and the definition of 'done' for the project.
The slides with context diagrams, risks, and estimates, and the supporting spreadsheets used for estimates that were presented to Ted are now available. Find them all here in the Executive Summary.

The space has been opened up to the Cornell community. The space has documents and diagrams concerning the technical point of view of the impact to Cornell systems of the deployment of Workday for Cornell.
Here are the expectations for this space:
- Share it with the people who contributed to the MapleWood meetings on 4/12 and 4/13 and ask them to review the notes.
- Make corrections as needed.
- Open up access to the Cornell Community
- Share with broader group, including Workday team, and ask fro more input.
- Finalize estimates, diagrams and slides in time for meeting with Dave on 4/29.
- Adjust slides again and prep for meeting with Ted (5/12)
