There is synchronization integration between PeopleSoft and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) application.  The source of HR employee job data will change.

  • Peoplesoft Production
    • Contributor Relations - PeopleSoft transactional system used by Alumni Affairs and Development staff to maintain alumni data.
    • Student Records
    • Student Recruitment
    • Student Admissions - PeopleSoft transactional system used by the Undergraduate Admissions Office (UAO), college admissions offices, the Graduate School, Continuing Ed & Summer Session, and the Veterinary College to manage applicant data.
    • Student Finance (Bursar) - PeopleSoft transactional system used by the Bursar's Office and other offices across campus to manage student billings.
    • Human Resources - PeopleSoft transactional system used by OHR to maintain employee data and for employee benefits administration.
    • Payroll - PeopleSoft transactional system used by the Payroll office for salary administration.
  • EPay - Epay is a web-based PeopleSoft application used by Cornell employees to view their electronic paychecks.
  • Student Center - Student Center is a web-based PeopleSoft application used by students to:
    • View registration status at the beginning of each semester and class schedule.
    • View grades as soon as they are processed.
    • Pre-enroll (CoursEnroll) and add/drop classes.
    • Request official transcripts.
    • Review bursar account by month or semester.
    • Look at financial aid application status.
    • View a summary of financial aid package by academic year.
    • Maintain personal information (home/local addresses, emergency contact information, email addresses, and phone numbers).
  • Faculty Center - Faculty Center is a web-based PeopleSoft application used by faculty to:
    • Access teaching schedules, class rosters and grading information.
    • View the grades, test scores, schedules, addresses, and graduate information of their advisees.
