News We upgraded Confluence from version 3.5.16 to version 4.3.7 on Sunday, July 20th. There are a number of new features now available. If you use Confluence macros, additional pieces of code that extend the standard Confluence capabilities, you might like to review our list of macros which no longer function and will display an error after the upgrade. We have replacements for some of these macros. Also have a look at our list of new macros. Hiding components of Confluence pages Confluence Account clean up We are starting a process to deactivate Confluence accounts belonging to graduated students and staff and faculty who have left the university. This process is reversible and does not remove pages or other content added by these users. Please let us know by writing to confluence at cornell.edu if there are any questions or concerns about this processSince the upgrade, there is a new macro called "HideElements" which allows you to hide parts of a page such as the "Added by..." line at the top, or the "Likes" or "Comments" features.
