• Library Search Committee Training - All search committee members should view the Unconscious Bias video via LinkedIn Learning early in the search process - preferably before reviewing applications. It is approximately 37 minutes long. Log in with your Cornell netid and password.

• Search committee meets with Library HR recruiter to review SPD and position announcement, as well as reviewing information about how to conduct a search.

•  Selection and Non-Selection Report - This completed form must be provided to Library HR PRIOR to a verbal offer being made.
