- General → Display Mesh, Check Mesh, Enable Gravity
- Materials → Fluid → Change "Name" to "Blood" → Change "Density" to 1060 kg/m^3, Change "Viscosity" to 0.0035 Pa-s (based on the infinite shear viscosity of blood)
- Boundary Conditions → Inlet → Velocity Inlet → Edit → Change "Velocity Magnitude" to 0.315 m/s
- Outlet1 → Pressure Outlet → Edit → Change "Gauge Pressure" to 0.
- Outlet2 → repeat the steps for Outlet1.
- Operating Conditions → Change "Operating Pressure" to 13332 Pa (100 mmHg)
