CUL search committees should review the following information:

BEFORE POSTING

• CUL Position Justification Form
• CUL Procedure 13 - academic appointment of Librarians
• CUL Procedure 39 - search procedures for academic appointments
  
• CUL Search Committee Training - All search committee members should view the Unconscious Bias video on Lynda.com early in the search process - preferably before reviewing applications. It is approximately 24 minutes long. Login with your Cornell netid and password.
• Identify search committee members
  
• Search committee meets with Library HR recruiter to review SPD and position announcement, as well as reviewing information about how to conduct a search.
