IT staff, using their DOC accounts, can edit Cornell's Active Directory.Use your DOC account at:

https://manage.ad.cornell.edu/
- https://manage.ad.cornell.edu/adadmin
Click on Directory Management.
Path is: Active Directory => cornell.edu => DelegatedObjects

Or install Quest and manage it using that tool.
