For this problem, we are going to import the geometry into ANSYS from a CAD package. Download the part file here. Save the file somewhere convenient, like your desktop or your working directory.
Start-Up
Summary of steps in above video:
- Open AIM 17.1 and choose the Structural template
- Select Modal as the Calculation type
- Open Geometry, and specify the thickness of the wing surface to be 0.01m
