Can a vertical flow hydraulic flocculator be designed to efficiently use the top of the flocculator where the depth increases due to head loss?

The team was started in 2015. In Fall 2015 Our project goals are guided by the above Challenges. The team aims to eliminate dead spaces at the free ends of the baffles and study how the flocculator functions in periods of low flow.
