Brief Description: Clients learn in-depth Intota ERM functionality and simultaneously begin populating Intota using their actual source data during this hands-on working session; enables clients to understand product functionality, begin populating ERM data and understand available resources to facilitate Intota implementation. Assumes clients fully complete prerequisites.

à      Populated Intota instance with Tracked/Subscribed E-Resources

à      Library gathers source data in advance: Licenses, Contacts, Cost/Payments, Renewals information

à      Review Collections, Contacts and Resource Renewals functionality/ workflows

à      Engage the staff in data population process using library source data

à      Troubleshoot challenges, Q&A

Intota ERM Working Session, Part 2

 

 

à      Review License Administration and Cost/Payment functionality/workflows

à      Engage the staff in data population process using library source data

à      Troubleshoot challenges, Q&A

à      Review technical documentation

à      Customizing Menu Settings, Alerts and Management Reports

à      Introduce the ERM Data Planning Project Worksheet to assist clients with planning and continuing their ERM data population project

à      Post-Training Resources (Public Webinars; Office Hours, etc.)

Brief Description: Initial 2 days offers high-level introductory training in lecture format to showcase product functionality and capability. Final 2 days is the hands-on working session to begin populating ERM source data into Intota. Assumes client fully completes prerequisites listed below.

  • Note: This package is a combination of Packages 1 & 2.
  • Duration: 4 days
  • Cost: $2000/Day ($8000)

à      Training to enable clients to create meaningful Counter e-usage data reports and utilize it to assess their collections.
