Morocelí is a small town in the department of El Paraíso in southeastern Honduras. Their water system has a little over a thousand registered users or households.

Construction of the 16 L/s plant began in March, 2014 with funding from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the municipality of Morocelí. It was completed in October, 2014 and will be inaugurated in 2015.
