(1)  The contact originated through direct contact with Cornell faculty.

(2)  Some projects have been successful, some not.

(3)  The original broad objective was to understand the activities of Cornell's Nanoscale facility.

(4)  We have been using the clean room facilities for our own projects, but have only one collaborative project completed.  More were expected.

(5)  We have experiences with many universities.  Most others are much more cooperative than is Cornell.  Cornell Profs are more interested in publications than cooperative research.

(6)  Cornell's IP terms are very much more restrictive than other universities.  Cornell should focus on increasing research funding and forget the IP.
