Oddly enough, could not fine any on-line resource to shoe the "mapping" of the relationship between the position and wage scale. The numbers (I, II, III, IV) between the two don't match!

Yes.  Student Computer Assistant I is a pay grade level II; Student Computer Assistant II is a pay grade level III; Student Computer Assistant III is a pay grade level IV.
