We've been informed officially that there is no on-line resource to show the “mapping” of the relationship between the position levels and the wage scale. The numbers (I, II, III, IV) between the two don't match!

Yes.  Student Computer Assistant I is a pay grade level II; Student Computer Assistant II is a pay grade level III; Student Computer Assistant III is a pay grade level IV.
