Harold wants this server at Cornell instead of where it is now.
Harold let Oliver know on 3/13/13 (Wed) that he wanted a server he pays to run in Argentina to run instead of Cornell. The pain-point is the mechanics of paying (due to currency exchange issues?). Reportedly about $1K/yr.

Harold explained to Oliver what the server does, but he didn't know what the server was running or other information necessary to cost out what it would take to run and support the server.

Oliver is guessing, from a Google search, that the server is:

http://www.cheshift.com/

This is IP <208.84.148.45>.

It appears to be running in Orlando, Florida, in the US.

It's a LAMP stack: Apache/2.2.8 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.4-2ubuntu5 with Suhosin-Patch

LAMP => Linux, Apache, MySQL (presumed, in this case!), and PHP.

Some services require Java, <http://www.cheshift.com/example/example.html>.
