Subteam leaders foster a collaborative learning environment within their project team to maximize the growth of each of the team members. Subteam leaders guide the team members to
- ensure that all team members have well defined tasks (every week) and appropriate resources to successfully complete those tasks
- foster peer-based learning within their team
