Summer 2009 Contributions

So far this summer, we adjusted the flocculator ports so that they appear at the bottom of the inner walls rather than the top. This change was made because having ports at the bottom makes more sense from a structural perspective. Also, we have edited the program (Flocculator 3) that determines the number of baffles per channel. The last channel was made to have one less channel than the previous channel. This ensures that the number of baffles in the last channel is even and so that the water can flow under the last baffle and up over the channel to the sedimentation tank.
