1. When opening the main template you will be prompted with a message box entitled
Security Warning, figure 8.8. Click on the Enable Macros button to proceed

2. Using the provided buttons select the template you would like to use. A macro will run in
the background which will open the correct document for you and print out a paper request.
3. .When the template is first opened you may be prompted with a dialog stating that open-
ing the document will execute an SQL statement and insert data from your database,
figure 8.9. If you are prompted with this dialog you want to select Yes.

4. Once finished processing the request it is safe to close word. If prompted do not save
the template.
5. The item has now been processed and will be moved to the Awaiting Stacks
Searching queue.
