1. When opening the main template you will be prompted with a message box entitled Security Warning, figure 9.5. Click on the Enable Macros button to proceed
  2. Using the provided buttons select the template you would like to print. A macro will run in the background which will open the correct document for you.When the template is first opened you may be prompted with a dialog box stating that opening the document will execute an SQL statement and insert data from your database, figure 9.6. If you are prompted with this dialog you want to select Yes.
  3. Word will now continue to open the document and print your template including data that has been exported from Ares.
  4. Once finished printing it is safe to close word. If prompted Do Not save the template.
  5. All items that have been printed will now be moved to the In Stacks Searching queue.
