Spring 2009 Contributions

This semester, I am working on the Floating Floc team. I am with Ling Cheung to research the backwash sand filter method for removing dissolved oxygen from water. The first part of the semester was mainly experimental setup, and now we will be collecting data.  I expect our results will help us find a practical solution to the problem of floating flocs.

So far, I have created a diagram of our setup, and have contributed to our subteam's wiki page, our subteam's semester goals, and the sand filter method's wiki page. I have also written parts of the meeting minutes.
