Engineering Review Prior to Construction

It is very important that work be reviewed before being released in the online design tool or submitted to partner organizations for construction. All engineering designs must be reviewed by at least one other senior member of the design team before being released for implementation.

Guidelines:

  • Every time significant progress made such that you think you have completed a task, you should have another student review it. This should preferably be an M. Eng student. If an M. Eng student is not available it should be a senior.
  • Once this is done, make a summary document of what you did, have the same student review it, put both of your names on it, and submit it to Monroe.
  • These rules also apply when communicating with APP and the engineers in Honduras.
  • No labels
