Tamara construction began in January 2008 after the ceremonial setting of the first foundation stone. This was followed by an official signing of a [multiparty agreement|Tamara^Convenio_Planta_Tamara-7-Enero_2008.doc]. Lindsay France, Cornell photographer, documented the ceremony and the days that the [AguaClara team spent in Tamara|Tamara photos Lindsay France]. [Tamara construction photos] show the progress in the early months of 2008. The [structural design|Tamara^Planta_Tamara_07-febrero-08.dwg] was by Ing. Wil Serrano.
