Tamara construction began in January 2008 after the ceremonial setting of the first foundation stone. This was followed by an official signing of a [multiparty agreement|Tamara^Convenio_Planta_Tamara-7-Enero_2008.doc]. Lindsay France, Cornell photographer, documented the ceremony and the days that the [AguaClara team spent in Tamara|Tamara photos Lindsay France].
