Galaxy has flexible and broad method a long list of getting data from many sourcesobservations
not the most efficient to ask question but very flexible, runs good on large computer systems
tools not very helpful for T3 but the platform is designed well
3 windows:
tools , options, history- there are hundreds of bioinformatic functions to analyze data, they have a form interface so are easier to use than on command line
history - the results of each analysis is saved in history so it can be used in further analysis
workflow window - very good also has option for analyzing multiple files at oncefor repeating an analysis on more than one file
Galaxy is much easier than learning command line but still requires some trainingÂ
