Galaxy has flexible and a long list of data sources
tools not very helpful for T3 but the platform is designed well
3 windows:
tools - there are hundreds of bioinformatic functions to analyze data, they have a form interface so are easier to use than on command line
history - the results of each analysis is saved in history so it can be used in further analysis
workflow window - very good for repeating an analysis on more than one file
Galaxy is much easier than learning command line but still requires some trainingÂ
