Transient conduction can create large data files since by default, ANSYS stores temperature values at all nodes at each time step. This can result in a large data files if you have a lot of nodes and/or time steps. When This is unavoidable while working on the project; so make sure you have several GB of diskspace available. But when saving your project after you are done, you can create a small data files project file using the trick shown in the following video.
