Create> Primitives> Cylinder

You will should see Cylinder1 as in Tree Outline as shown in figure below.

Now we have to define the dimensions for the cylinder according to the problem specifications. Let us assume that the axis of the cylinder is in x-direction. Input the values in the Details View table as shown below. Image Added
