Subteam leaders foster a collaborative learning environment within their project team to maximize the growth of each of the team members. Subteam leaders guide the team members to:

  • ensure that all team members have well defined tasks (every week) and appropriate resources to successfully complete those tasks
  • foster peer-based learning within their team
  • seek out expert advisers to maximize the team's efficiency
  • foster a positive collaborative environment that is a prerequisite for a high performing team
