Those in leadership roles are strongly encouraged to register for the Supervisor Development Program shortly after arrival and to register for the Hal D. Craft Leadership Program (HDCLP) 6-12 months after arrival. Employees in non-supervisory roles are encouraged to register for Turning Point 6-12 months after arrival.
