- Develop and implement a plan to begin the practical, "non“non-administrative" administrative” aspects of TSI through the identification and prioritization of collaborative initiatives, pilot projects, and other trial ventures that will prepare us for a productive and sustainable formal integration on July 1, 2015. This stepwise integration should be based on the evolving readiness of the various 2CUL technical services departments and units over time to achieve the goals of TSI, as well as the availability of staff and other resources to balance the demands of current, individual institutional commitments with the demands of the project.
