Outage due to update to SSL cert on ad3; switched to ad4 and restarted
The my.cornell.edu Apache instances were restarting every time puppet ran. This behavior was introduced by the work done Friday 08/12 AM for CCAB artf34637. Discovered and corrected 8/14
