Give all new team members access to their respective SourceForge folders. To do this follow the instructions below

To give access permissions to new members: *
- Click on the User Membership link on the side of the page
- Click "Add" at the bottom of the screen
- Type in the NetID of the new member
- Click "Find"
- Check off the appropriate permissions for that member
