- Floc blanket still is not forming, due to unstable flows into the tank. The inlet pipe tends to get clogged with leaves and other debris, which causes the flow to decrease; however the alum dose was no decreased, resulting in an extremely high alum concentration and flocs that were not very dense.
- Process controller sometimes turns off , or flowrate of raw water decreases; unusual flocs are running through the plant and into our outflowand the computer restarts itself, which means that no alum is flowing into the tank.
