The AguaClara Program Coordinator will be employed by Cornell University to provide program coordination to the growing international expansion of the AguaClara project. The program coordinator will have an office in Hollister Hall and will work closely with the program director and with , the student project team, and international implementation partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize logistics, manage risk, and plan for project events including
    • Annual student tour of project activities in Central America
    • Fundraising events
    • Outreach Activities such as K-12 technology demonstrations
  • Maintain communication with partner organizations
  • Take the lead on grant writing to secure funding for ongoing AguaClara activities
  • Review and revise scientific papers submitted by the AguaClara team for publication
  • Maintain organization of team Wiki
  • Monitor incoming plant performance reports for any indication of problems
  • Archive and summarize plant performance data
