  2. Within the first two weeks of employment, a meeting will be scheduled by Library Human Resources to welcome new employees to the Cornell University Library system. At this meeting, new employees will receive a personal welcome and reaffirm that our office is available as a resource. They will also get an overview of Workday basics, Payroll and time collection, and other items related to CUL culture.
  3. If the employee is being hired into a supervisory role, Library Human Resources will evaluate their supervisory experience level. If needed, individuals will be registered for HR1015 SUPERVISOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM should register for the Supervisor Development Program in CU-Learn.
