2. Ordering group. Jim reviewed the change changes he made to the Ordering Team charge on in Basecamp.
ADAM - would like to see distinction between 1-5, 6-7, and 8. Phases need to be broken out and formalized. Jim thinks that leads from both institution to help with the charge. Robert - suggested a report could be due at end of each phase. Adam likes the idea of a pause for reflection. Phase 2, group will work TSI, may continue with a larger group or continue to collaborate.

Action item: Jim will rewrite the charge for the TSI Monograph Ordering Team to indicate a break between phase 1 & 2, he will notify use us through via email.

Action item: Add Copy cataloging/ Create a separate copy cataloging and original cataloging functional groups. Change the name of the "Metadata" functional group to "Non-MARC Metadata, Language specialists".
