In this tutorial we will simulate steady state flow past a cylinder.  We will use a Reynolds number of 20.  Thus the fluid velocity will be 1 m/s, the fluid density will be 1 kg/m^3, the fluid viscosity will be 0.05 kg/m*s and the pipe diameter will be 1 m.
