Accomplishments
- Began automating the system using the increment method in Process controller
- Recoded the process controller program for Added floc blanket control valve and extended outlet into column to control height.
- Extended bubble trap tube.
- Rotated sedimentation tubes 90 degrees.
- Completed revision of semester goals
- Met with Monroe to improve system design and dicuss experiments.

- Kellie updated the mathcad file to include calculations of flow rates based on our Vc range
Outcomes
- Need to update process control to include incrementation and a new state to change flow rates
- Need to order new tubes with larger diameters

Outcomes
- We are continuing to debug our process controller method to automate the varying of flow rates
- In the process of ordering a web cam to monitor floc blanket height. This will help us deterimine the time it takes to form a floc blanket.
Issues
- When increment function restarts instead of starting at the minimum flowrate it starts at the maximum flowrate.
- We need to do some test runs of the system to determine the necessary duration of each process controller state.
