Build a Test Plan 

The goal of User Testing of Luna is to test the functionality of the Luna Program.

Based on the model of Voyager Upgrade Team where representatives from each functional group are involved in defining the script for the test.  This is user developed testing managed by the User Testing subgroup.  
Identify tasks

Develop or identify test records

Identify people responsible for conduction test.

Review Notes from Andean/Taj Usability Sessions, including "Pop-up" Blocker documentation
Plan how to implement Cornell help text and tutorials.
