Wind Speed

The wind speed tests were conducted with the medium cooker built in Fall 2008. Each test
had 5lb of water in 1 pot, centered. Theoretically, the water should take longer to heat
when the fans are blowing across the oven. Unexpectedly, the water heated up faster on
the medium fan setting than the low setting, although this is likely statistically insignificant
and more tests are needed to arrive at more conclusive results.
