This role is intended for Graduate Field Assistants and gives access to the following:

SR SSC Grd/Demo/History

This role is intended for Department personnel and gives access to the following:

  • Student Services Center  (Student Center, General Info, Academics and Transfer/Test/Other tabs)

SR College Registrar

 This role is intended for members of the College Registrar Office and gives access to the following:

  • Updating of student specific information as it relates to Enrollment, Program/Plan, Term Activation, Grading and Graduation information.
  • Updating and posting of Transfer and Test Credits.
  • Allows adding and updating of Course/Class information.
  • Student Services Center (Student Center, General Info, Academics and Transfer/Test/Other tabs).

SR Bursar

This role is intended for members of the Office of the Bursar and gives VIEW access to the following:

  • Student Services Center
  • Enrollment Request
  • Student Groups
  • Term Activation
  • Term History
  • Program/Plan

SR Financial Aid

This role is intended for members of the Financial Aid Office and gives VIEW access to the following:

  • Student Services Center
  • Enrollment Summary
  • SR Foundation Tables
  • Term Activation
  • Term History
  • Program/Plan

SXR-Records-With-Grade-Models

  • Permits model-level access to the Student Records datamart tables, including tables that contain Grade data.
  • Access to the datamart itself is achieved via the Brio-Hyperion tools.  Find more information here.  
  • Knowledge of query building and an understanding of the SDM data structure is essential for model-level access to be useful.

SXR-Records-With-Grade-Reports

  • Permits access to the Student Records datamart reports, including tables that contain Grade data.

SXRG-grad-aid-REPORTS (Members of Graduate School Only)

  • Graduate student enrollment, committee, and financial support reports from Grad Aid schema, plus access to Brio data models.
  • Production Grad Aid REPORTS, using GRAD_AID_USERS database role & REPORTS group in Webmethods security table. Inherited by Model group. Primary contact Neil and Bill Barnett.
