Spring 2015 Contributions

I have joined the Ram Pump sub team. We have been working on building an improved ram pump system and our goal is to improve efficiency for the ram pump. We will be experimenting with the ram pump and right now we are working on building the ram pump.  

Spring 2015 Mid-Semester Contributions

We have now successfully designed and built the ram pump system and will now work on testing the new system. We also have to build a stabilization system for the ram pump. We will be testing the spring manipulation system, the flow of the water through the system, and the efficiency of the pump. We will also be testing the possibility of having two delivery exits in the pump instead of just one.  

Fall 2015 Contributions

We successfully rebuilt the ram pump system with modifications and experimented with air chambers and springs. We will be testing more springs and new models in upcoming semesters.
