Spring 2015 Contributions

My name is Kwabena, and I am a senior environmental engineering student in the College of Engineering. I am on the Fabrication team of AguaClara for the Spring 2015 semester. My main assignment thus far is to design and construct the large float valve needed to facilitate the backwashing of the stacked rapid sand filter. I aim to test several designs to find the most practical and economical solution. Ideally, I hope to complete this assignment by the end of the semester and move on to other tasks assigned to the Fabrication team in the Challenges document.
